Mentoring
A great mentor can inspire learning, generate insight and unlock possibilities - and that’s what I aim to do. One of my favourite parts of being a leader in early childhood is helping educators, teachers and leaders have those “ah-ha” moments.
If you’re looking to extend your professional practice, need help addressing challenges, or want a ‘critical friend’ to reflect with you, then mentoring might be for you.
I offer online mentoring sessions with early childhood educators, teachers and leaders. The online nature of the sessions means that you can access mentoring with me from anywhere in Australia.

Who should do mentoring with me?
Mentoring is great for anyone at any stage in their career. It can be especially helpful for:
educators in small/stand-alone services with limited professional networks
leaders who need help solving problems
Educational Leaders/Service Managers who need connection outside of their own service
educators, teachers or leaders who feel as though there isn’t a suitable mentor available in your service who can meet your professional needs
What does mentoring with me looking like?
Before the session, I will:
send you a Mentoring Agreement and questionnaire to complete prior to meeting
pre-prepare some tools/readings/resources based on your needs to share with you
send you a meeting link to use for our meeting
During the session, I will:
discuss your current professional interests and challenges
help you identify your strengths and how to use these
critically reflect with you on program, practice and leadership
provide an external perspective on your early childhood practice
After the session, I will:
send you a summary of our mentoring session
send you tools/readings/other resources to use in your practice
check-in with you one week after the session and provide one (1) coaching email
What’s the investment?
$69 per session or pre-pay five (5) sessions for $299
